Shipping

We dispatch orders from our UK warehouse within [1-2 working days], and most deliveries arrive within [2-4 working days] of dispatch. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Subscription orders are dispatched on your scheduled date. You can see your next dispatch date, and change it, from your account at any time.

If something goes wrong with your delivery

If your order is late, hasn't arrived, or turns up damaged, we'll put it right. Just message us through the chat on our website or email hello@pawddrinks.com with your order number (and a photo, if something's damaged).

Returns if you change your mind

For safety reasons we can only take back pouches that are completely unopened and in the condition they arrived in.

  • You can return an unopened first order within 10 days of the order date.
  • Message us before sending anything back so we can give you the return address.
  • Return postage is at your own cost. Please use a tracked service and send us the tracking number, as we can't take responsibility for returns that aren't tracked or don't arrive.
  • Once the pouches are back at our warehouse and checked, we'll refund the price of the product to your original payment method. Original shipping costs aren't refunded.
  • Opened, cut, damaged or tampered-with pouches can't be returned or refunded.

Subscription renewals

You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account, and we email you before each renewal so it never comes as a surprise.

If you'd like to cancel an upcoming renewal, please do so from your account, or get in touch, at least 48 hours before its scheduled dispatch date. After that point the order is packed and locked for shipping, so we're unable to cancel it, refund it or take it back.

We can't accept renewal orders as returns once they've been dispatched. If you find yourself with a pouch you don't need, a local dog shelter or rescue would be very glad of it.
