At PAWD Drinks, we aim to ensure that all our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please see the details of our return policy below:

**Return Address and Procedure**
- Products must be returned to:

- Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery to qualify for a full refund.

**Cost of Return**
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Use a trackable shipping service to guarantee that the return package is received and include the tracking number in your email.

**Condition of Returned Items**
- Returns will be accepted only if one out of the four boxes of 7 items has been opened and consumed. This means that three out of the four boxes must remain unopened and in their original condition.
- Before shipping the return, please send a photo of the three unopened boxes to hello@pawddrinks.com along with the tracking number of your return shipment.

**Refund Processing**
- The refund will be processed only after the returned items have been inspected and meet our conditions.
- If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
